六月，本來是我很期待的月份，因為過了六月，我期待已久的暑假就將到來。但事情總不如我預想的美好，原本規劃好，整個六月都不回家，好處理完我該批改的作文、週記及我要出的週考和月考。
第一個星期，忙著處理畢業班的畢業典禮和雜事。誰知，學校要整修宿舍，卻一點通知都沒有。就這樣，第一個星期六的早晨，我在整修的鑽地聲中驚醒，開始了我不安寧的週末，最後沒輒的我，只好背著我的週記和作文去Starbucks，在外頭流浪了一整天。
第二個星期，忙著出月考考題，又被臨時通知要去幫學校做新生入學的英文面試。第二個星期六，面試完學生，回到宿舍後，原以為整修已完畢，才想躺下小睡一下，卻又傳來了轟隆的鑽地聲，但外面卻下著傾盆大雨，我哪兒也去不了，就這樣，和鑽地聲相處了一整天，我連續兩個星期處於精神耗弱的狀態。
第三個星期，忙著處理學期成績和月考考卷的最後版本，但別以為這樣就沒事了，宿舍整修完，就代表我要搬宿舍，結果，第三個星期，和隔壁室友，就在搬家、整理新房間的忙碌中渡過。
第四個星期，以為改完期末考卷就可以快樂回家的我，卻接到老媽的電話，阿姨得了肝癌。隔著電話，聽老媽哽咽聲音訴說著阿姨的狀況，頓時，我的腦袋一片空白，突然覺得，前幾個星期的忙碌和意外其實都不算什麼，腦海裡不斷響起OneRepublic的Stop And Stare的旋律與歌詞，覺得我好像好久都沒一個人好好地靜下來，看看自己，看看週遭的人事物，有些茫然，有些困惑，但卻不解我的茫然和困惑是什麼，可能是我的反應比較慢，需要一段時間才能發現我的茫然和困惑是為何。
雖然這個六月忙碌又意外不斷，但還是有些好消息的，
我高二的大小鬼們參加校外的戲劇比賽，進入了全國決賽。
大學同學Sa結婚了。
L順利地申請到台大醫院的實習。
S和暗戀已久的研究所同學順利地成為男女朋友了。
幸好有這些好消息，讓我的暑假能陽光一些。
